Our district truly stands out in Berrien County—of the 33 schools recognized county-wide across elementary, middle, and high school levels, five are LPS schools!

Yesterday, members of our basketball program spent the afternoon giving back to the community by helping distribute food at Caring Cupboard. This marks the third year in a row our team has participated in this outreach event. We’re so proud of our players for their commitment to service both on and off the court!

Each week, staff members participate in activities such as Mindfulness Monday, Take a Step Tuesday, Wellness Wednesday, Thankful Thursday, and Fitness Friday — all designed to promote health, positivity, and overall well-being.

Students explored how bogs form, discovered unique species, learned about ecological succession, and even uncovered the fascinating history of Stevensville’s cranberry industry.
It’s been a wonderful fall for these classes — full of exploration, hands-on learning, and discovering the incredible diversity of ecosystems located just a few miles from LHS!
